Roger started as a Chrome extension at a hackathon in April 2026. It didn't win. I kept using it at work every day, and it turned into an AI SDR.

What it does
Roger pulls funding signals, researches the company and the person, scores how warm the lead is and writes every message in the voice of whoever is using it.
You read it before anything goes out. You hit send, never him.
How it started
I'm not a developer. I taught myself Claude Code from zero because I wanted to automate my CRM at MOIC. Then it became a version of me that could prospect with quality at scale.
I ran it on my own pipeline. It helped me close $40k and grew my LinkedIn reply rate by 40%.
The stack
Claude Code, Playwright, Python, Node, Supabase. Apify, Exa and Firecrawl for the signals.
Where it's going
It's open source (MIT) and built in public. The line on the site says it best: build your own, in your voice.
In November I'm taking it to Bangkok to find its first customers. It's v0.1.0, so expect rough edges.
